Smoked Reed Hint: Customer Celia Nunnelley
says that Sherwin Williams' "Weathered Teak" Wood Classics stain is the
stain to buy if you want your hoops to match your smoked reed. She says that
if you brush it onto your hoops and rub it off immediately it's an almost
perfect match. Thanks, Celia!
By the way: Smoked Reed used to actually be
"smoked" to achieve this color. Today, however, the process is achieved by
dyeing.
